Scottish referee Nicholas Walsh will officiate the Turkey-Bulgaria match. Walsh will be assisted by Francis Connor and Daniel McFarlane. A FIFA-certified referee, Walsh has officiated Scottish league and international matches throughout his career and is known for being one of the first referees to use VAR in the Celtic-Hearts match.
