On 15 April 2025, the general meeting of the Stellantis automotive group discussed for the last time the amount granted to Carlos Tavares, former general manager pushed to resign. This amount amounts to 35 million euros. An "indecent" amount for employees and certain policies, which has yet been validated by two thirds of shareholders.

The general meeting of the shareholders of the automotive group voted at 66.9% to grant this sum to the former managing director for 2024.
