SHENANGO TWP., Pa. (WKBN) -- For 36 years, Butler County Community College has had a presence in Western Pennsylvania's Lawrence County. It's been in Union Township since opening in 1989. Now, after an 80% decrease in enrollment, BC3, as it's known, has moved eight miles southeast to Shenango Township to a space a third the size it had.
