BROOKE COUNTY, W.Va. (WTRF) - An educator can change a life. May's Golden Apple Winner, Trey Gilham, inspires his students to follow their dreams - no matter how difficult it may seem.  After seeing other Golden Apple Award recipients, Gilham never expected he would be one of them!   I see it all the time.
