Oak Hill, WV (WOAY) – The West Virginia Department of Agriculture will conduct aerial treatment for black flies on the Greenbrier, New, and Bluestone rivers next week. Treatment will happen on Wednesday, July 22. The treatment could be delayed if weather conditions and water levels require.
