West Springfield expands senior tax work-off program to include part-time workers

WEST SPRINGFIELD — The Town Council has unanimously approved a change to its senior and veteran tax work-off program, allowing some part-time municipal employees who work fewer than 20 hours a week to take part.The program allows eligible homeowners to lower their property tax bill by doing work for the town.
