The Allegheny County Health Department announced seven neighborhoods will be sprayed following the positive tests. State officials say mosquitoes carrying West Nile Virus are spreading across Pennsylvania. The Department of Environmental Protection says the virus has been detected in more than half of the counties in the Commonwealth, including Blair County.
