Hunter 06/19/26 The City of West Liberty has extended their deadline as they work to transfer emergency medical services to a separate agency. KCRG TV reports the city was planning on making the change effective July 1st, but Mayor Mark Smith says he’s not confident that West Liberty Fire and Rescue will provide the proper documentation in time.
