From January 1, 2026, excise taxes on alcohol, beer, wine, as well as cigarettes, e-cigarettes, tobacco, so-called innovative products, and others, will increase. This is the assumption of the updated excise tax "roadmap" adopted during Andrzej Duda's presidency. President Karol Nawrocki opposed the larger increases that Donald Tusk's government wanted to introduce starting January 1, 2026.
