"We are more determined than ever": the giant Bayer/Monsanto assigned to court for the malformations of Theo, age 17

A civil hearing will take place on 3 April before the judicial court in Vienna (Isère), between the Bayer/Monsanto group and the Grataloup family. The latter hopes that the link between the congenital malformations of Theo, 17, and the exposure of his pregnant mother to glyphosate will be recognized.

The West Pesticide Victim Support Collective, Foodwatch, France Parkinson and UFC-Que Choisir join the action brought by Pesticide Action Network (PAN) Europe and its members ClientEarth, Generations Futures, GLOBAL 2000, Pesticide Action Network Germany and Pesticide Action Network Netherlands before the European Union Court. The four associations challenge the European Commission's refusal to review its copy before the courts.
