Water tank repairs will temporarily disable Madawaska hydrants

MADAWASKA, Maine — Madawaska’s fire hydrant system will be offline after Friday, May 8, for three to six weeks as the town’s water district empties the tank on 7th Avenue for repairs, according to a public service announcement posted on the town’s social media page.
