Watch out weeds: Green Team tackles invasive species in White Rock

The Lower Mainland Green Team organized an event on March 30 to remove invasive plants at Ruth Johnson Park in partnership with the City of White Rock.
More than 40 volunteers participated in removing English ivy and holly to support 376 native trees and shrubs planted in the fall.
