(WLNE) — The Warwick Police Department said a man was arrested on May 27 after he allegedly assaulted police officers and multiple dead animals were found in his home. 30-year-old Michael Gast, Jr. was charged with one count of malicious killing of animals, one count of unnecessary cruelty to animals with death resulting, five counts of unnecessary cruelty to animals, two counts of simple assault, and one count of resisting arrest.…
