According to the National Hydrometeorological Forecasting Center, on the night of November 25 and November 26, the Middle and South East Sea area includes the waters of the Changsha area, the waters from Quang Tri to Ca Mau; Ca Mau to Kien Giang, the southern waters of the Gulf of Thailand with showers and strong thunderstorms, during thunderstorms there is a possibility of tornadoes and strong gusts of 7-8.
