Walmart, Smokes4Less among Minot businesses to fail tobacco compliance checks

MINOT, ND (KXNET) — Over the last two months, local law enforcement has been working to make sure that North Dakota convenience stores are not selling tobacco to minors. The City of Minot announced that it conducted compliance checks at 51 stores that sell tobacco products.
