Waalre will temporarily accommodate approximately 150 asylum seekers. From July until the beginning of next year, they will be housed on a site that formerly housed a pet shop. With this temporary accommodation, Waalre is responding to an appeal made by Minister of Asylum Bart van den Brink at the end of March. He asked municipalities to quickly arrange more accommodation places for asylum seekers to prevent people from ending up on the streets.…
