Vosges. Jacquard Street in Epinal: One of the buildings of the almost renovated Epinal Habitat gives an idea of what will be the neighbourhood of Bitola-Champ-du-Pin

The transformation of one of the buildings of Épinal Habitat, rue Jacquard, has been completed. 144 social housing units in the neighbourhood will be rehabilitated in a number of fully renovated and redesigned buildings (elevator, insulation, restoration of wet rooms) within an extensive programme integrating the residences on the side of Bitola (550 housing units) at an overall cost of €11.7 million.
