- Volvo Cars unveiled the EX60 on January 21, 2026, a midsize five-seat electric SUV positioned between the EX30 and EX90, with the P12 AWD variant offering up to a 400-mile EPA-estimated range.
- Volvo reshuffled production with SPA3 and megacasting, using an 8,400-ton casting machine at its Torslanda plant to replace around 100 parts and improve profitability after earlier launch flubs.
- Built around HuginCore, the EX60 combines Nvidia and Qualcomm chips with Google Gemini AI, delivering a deeply integrated assistant and Volvo infotainment dash with minimal lag, Volvo says.
