At least 40 volunteers who want to spend a day outdoors measuring plants are needed Feb. 27 and Feb. 28 at the Capinero Creek Restoration Area in Tulare County. The 467-acre property is owned by the Tule Basin Land & Water Conservation Trust and is the site of a former dairy.
