Sun FM returns to Kelowna airwaves as part of B.C. radio landscape shakeup
- Vista Radio announced its rebranding of several stations it purchased from Bell Media for $3 million on April 14, 2025, leading to a shakeup of the B.C. Radio landscape.
- The rebranded stations will include GO FM 97.1, Summit Radio 800 AM, and others, according to their press release.
- Vista Radio confirmed that popular programs and key community initiatives will continue under the new branding.
- With this expansion, Vista Radio becomes Canada’s second largest commercial radio broadcaster, operating 10 stations in the Okanagan and 11 in the rest of B.C.
