Metropole of Lyon. Fatal scooter accident: motorist placed in pre-trial detention

On Wednesday 26th March, around 9pm, a 16-year-old boy lost his life in a scooter after being broke by a motorist. The 21-year-old driver didn't stop after the shock and abandoned his car a few meters away. He was killed in Villeurbanne: the motorist had used drugs first appeared on Lyon Capitale.

It is probably the aggravating circumstances that warrant him to be remanded in custody.

The investigation is ongoing into the accident that took the life of a teenager who was travelling on a scooter Wednesday night in Villeurbanne. The motorist who had used narcotics and was driving without a driver's licence is being held in pre-trial detention.
