DOMINANT PITCHING LEADS SOFTBALL TO DOUBLEHEADER SWEEP OF PORTLAND STATE - Sacramento State

Sacramento State's Kennedie Bacon and Alexa Ortiz both tossed complete games to lead Sacramento State to a doubleheader sweep of Portland State on Friday afternoon at Shea Stadium. The Hornets won the first game, 5-1, before taking the nightcap, 3-0, and never trailed the entire afternoon.

Vikings Close Regular Season at Sacramento State

With the final Big Sky standings still wide open, Portland State softball heads to Sacramento State this weekend to close out the regular season with a three-game series against the Hornets at Shea Stadium, Friday and Saturday (April 24–25).
