The Minnesota Vikings have signed defensive tackle Jonathan Allen to a three-year, $60 million contract, according to a person with knowledge of the deal who spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity.
Allen was released by the Washington Commanders last week, where he was the second-longest-tenured player, drafted in 2017.
In his career, Allen has appeared in 108 games, recorded 401 tackles, and achieved 42 sacks, ranking fifth in franchise history.
Allen was selected as Washington's Walter Payton Man of the Year award nominee in 2020 and 2021.
