A spectacular and rare phenomenon could be admired on Tuesday evening on the shores of the Black Sea. The waves became phosphorescent, thanks to bioluminescence. The phenomenon was visible in Port Tomis in Constanța, but also on the beaches, writes Radio Constanța.

The Black Sea provided a spectacular sight on Tuesday evening when its water became sparkling. The phenomenon could be observed from Constanta, but also from other beaches along the Romanian coast.
