Fire broke out in on the roof of the food court at the Miramar shopping centre in Fuengirola on Sunday, March 23 at around 4.45pm. While the shops were closed at the time, as is habitual on Sundays, the restaurants opened as usual and filled with families dining out together. The shopping centre was immediately evacuated as emergency services were scrambled to the scene. Source
