Rexhino "Gino" Abazaj will remain in France. The Paris Court of Appeal refused his extradition on Wednesday 9 April, considering a risk of partial trial and infringement of his rights in Hungary. He is accused of having participated in an action against a neo-Nazi demonstration in Budapest in February 2023.
