Police identify man shot and killed in East Boston as 21-year-old

A man killed in a shooting in East Boston on Tuesday night was identified as a 21-year-old from Cambridge, according to Boston police.Officers went to 27 Havre St. in East Boston at around 5:50 p.m. on Tuesday for a report of a person shot. There, they found a man, later identified as Nazir Wallace, of Cambridge, with a gunshot wound, police said in a statement.
