Three veteran groups joined together to enhance the Ramsey County Fairgrounds with a 35 foot flagpole and surrounding flowers. Veteran’s Of Foreign Wars Post 756, American Legion Post 24 and Disabled American Veteran’s Chapter 5 worked together to assemble the striking project on the Ramsey County Fairgrounds on Highway 19.
