Verizon outages reported across U.S.
- On Jan. 14, Verizon Communications Inc., the nation's largest wireless carrier, confirmed a nationwide outage impacting wireless voice and data services beginning about noon ET, first acknowledged on social media at 1:07 p.m.
- Verizon said engineering teams remain fully deployed and focused on the interruptions, working to identify and solve the issue on Jan. 14, while it did not see an indication of a cyberattack.
