WEST FRANKFORT – Two Frankfort Community High School students were hit by a vehicle as rain was coming down just after 8 p.m. Saturday on Main Street in West Frankfort. According to West Frankfort Supt. Matt Donkin, the students were crossing to the Homecoming Dance at Max Morris Gym when they were hit.
