WINCHESTER, ID – The Winchester Volunteer Fire Department responded to a vehicle fire Sunday afternoon in Winchester. According to the department, crews were dispatched at approximately 3:55 p.m. on April 5, Easter Sunday, to a report of a vehicle fire in front of Winchester Kitchen and Bar on Nezperce Avenue.
