VALLEY — At its Monday meeting, the Valley City Council took action on two significant property sales. After a 20-minute executive session, the council suspended the rules and approved the sale of a 20-acre tract of city-owned land near 31st Street and 13th Avenue to Kobeck Properties, LLC for $180,909.
