The Labour Court heard an action for employment protection for violation of fundamental rights, filed by a nutritionist who requested his transfer from CESFAM Jorge Sabat to Las Animas, for ill-treatment reported unsolved in the first care facility. The Court held that the municipality of Valdivia violated the psychological integrity of the professional, the right to freedom of work and the principle of arbitrary non-discrimination.
