When culture and gastronomy meet in Uzès, it gives the festival "Savours et Savoirs". For its third edition from October 9 to 12, 2025, François-Régis Gaudry (France Inter) chose to put the little dishes in the big ones, continuing what was going on in 2024, while reinventing himself, in the way of a great chef.
