USDA cites UL Lafayette after deaths of monkeys in research center

The U.S. Department of Agriculture has cited the University of Louisiana at Lafayette for allegedly leaving 19 monkeys outside in freezing temperatures, resulting in their death, and for transporting monkeys to Reno, Nevada without valid health certificates.
