US offers new talks format including Russia and Ukraine, Zelenskyy says
The US proposed a Ukraine-Russia-US format with possible European participation to revive negotiations after four years of conflict, with Ukraine awaiting bilateral talk outcomes.
- On Dec 20, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Washington proposed the first face-to-face Ukraine–Russia talks in half a year as diplomats converged on Miami, Florida.
