U.S. in final decision to hike Canadian softwood duties, tells officers to collect

BRITISH COLUMBIA, CANADA, AUG 8 – The U.S. raised countervailing duties on Canadian softwood lumber imports to 14.63%, bringing combined duties to 35.19% to address unfair subsidies, Commerce Department said.
