- The budget allocates ₹10,000 crore to biotechnology and ₹20,000 crore for carbon-capture projects, along with a mission for city-science and drone mapping.
- To ease costs for patients, the budget exempts 17 types of cancer drugs and seven medicines for rare diseases from taxes and prioritises the agriculture sector, described as the backbone of Andhra Pradesh's economy, supporting farmers.
- Focus on rare-mineral processing in coastal Andhra Pradesh underpins blue economy strengthening, P.V.N. Madhav, BJP State president, said as part of the Viksit Bharat economic push.
