Saanich Fire says a recent fire at Uptown Shopping Centre serves as a good reminder of how quickly fires can start and spread as temperatures are expected to climb. Crews were called to the upper parking lot at Uptown at approximately 5:30 p.m. Saturday for a report of a fire.
