ANDERSON COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) - The operator of a chain of Upstate convenience and liquor stores pleaded guilty Tuesday to state tax evasion. According to the SC Department of Revenue, 45-year-old Yagneshkumar Pravin Patel, of Piedmont, was the operator of Yadhi Groups, LLC and Yadhi Spirits, LLC, with stores in Greenville, Pickens, Anderson and Spartanburg counties.
