ANDERSON COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) -- A Hooters restaurant in Anderson County burned down early Monday morning, leaving the building in ruins after a fire broke out around 4:30 a.m. The blaze at 112 Interstate Boulevard was one of the largest that Upstate fire crews have fought recently, according to Anderson County Fire Chief Jimmy Sutherland.
