Upgrades to major county roads given go-ahead

Long-awaited, multi-million pound improvements to one of the county’s most crucial road corridors have been given the go ahead.

Final approval has been granted for the A614/A6097 Major Road Network scheme in Nottinghamshire, unlocking more than £43 million for a multi-year programme of highway improvements.
