EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – A man is facing an aggravated assault charge after he allegedly pointed a gun at an El Paso County Sheriff’s deputy on Tuesday morning, July 1 and barricaded himself in his home in Horizon City, El Paso County Sheriff Oscar Ugarte said.
