Update: Severe thunderstorm warning for Franklin and Fulton counties expected to expire at 4:30 p.m.
The warning had been issued for Franklin and Fulton counties."The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe limits, and no longer poses an immediate threat to life or property. Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire," according to the National Weather Service.
