SAN ANGELO, TX — A road worker had his leg broken when he was backed over by a construction vehicle Tuesday morning on the Houston Harte Expressway, according to the San Angelo Police Department.The incident, which occurred about 10:15 a.m., shut down all eastbound traffic on the roadway near the Main Street bridge.
