Collision reports are starting to trickle in as old man winter delivers another blast today (Wednesday, Jan. 21.) Just before 1 p.m., Northumberland OPP said a tractor-trailer jack-knifed on Hwy. 401 westbound in Port Hope, east of Wesleyville, and was facing the wrong way.
