Sheriff Craig Webre announced investigators have charged three inmates in an investigation into contraband being brought to the Lafourche Parish Correctional Complex. Inmates Kelvin Davis, 23, David Bonds, 36, and Daquan Nash, 29, have been charged in the investigation.
