UPDATED at 1:45 p.m. on 9/16/2025: Chelsie Lehmann, charged with felony aiding or harboring a felon in the disappearance of her daughter, made her first appearance in court via video. STEVENS POINT, WI – Portage County District Attorney Cass Cousins announced charges against Chelsea J. Lehmann for aiding or harboring a felon and encouraging a violation of supervision.
