On Tuesday at 8:37 p.m. an updated flash flood warning was released by the National Weather Service in effect until 9 p.m. for Allegany and Livingston counties."At 8:37 p.m., gauge reports continues to indicate rises on area creeks and streams from earlier thunderstorms, especially along the Canaseraga Creek.
