Mackay Whitsundays Forensic Crash Unit have charged a 39-year-old Mackay man in relation to a fatal traffic crash at Blacks Beach in January this year. It will be alleged, a Toyota Hilux collided with an 83-year-old female pedestrian along Blacks Beach Road around 5pm on 16 January.
